The AC / DC / cable stopped working after about 2 weeks. First I tried the customer service Web-based RMA question unanswered. I called customer service. I just spent over an hour on the phone trying to get my replacement power cord. They have so many requests Powercord are back ordered. I was told it could be a month before they could be able to send another cable. 1005HA are now back to Amazon, because I do not want to wait a month to get my computer running.
